Ceramics: Surface Design - Slip

Pre-requisite: Intermediate ceramics skills or permission of instructor.
Fee: $40 (Current Stew Makerspace members receive a 10% discount. Grinnell College students receive a 35% discount; make sure your Stew membership is set up first, then use coupon code GCSTUDENT.)

Join us for this two-session class to learn how to use slip to create unique surface designs on your work. Some bowls will be provided for practice, or you are also welcome to use your own work. Materials are included in the class fee. Class size limited to six. Masks required.

What to wear: Students must wear closed toed shoes for safety and clothes they do not mind getting messy.

Cancellation policy: Registrants may cancel their enrollment 48 hours (2 days) before a class begins for a refund or credit. After this deadline, no refund or credit is available. GAAC/The Stew reserves the right to cancel classes due to a minimum enrollment not being met. In that event, participants will be notified and will be able to choose between a refund or credit for a future class. Email info@grinnellarts.org with questions.
