This student-led workshop will teach you the basics of using design software and our laser engraver to make a small wooden engraved cube you will get to keep! Whether you are new to the laser or just need a refresher, you can use the skills you learn in this class to tackle other projects in the future!

This workshop will make a small, 2 inch square cube out of plywood, and allow you to choose a simple design or graphic to etch into each side of the cube. Learning these skills covers most of the basics you would need to know to make boxes, signs, and many other projects with the laser!

Cancellation policy: Registrants may cancel their enrollment 48 hours (2 days) before a class begins for a refund or credit. After this deadline, no refund or credit is available. GAAC/The Stew reserves the right to cancel classes due to a minimum enrollment not being met. In that event, participants will be notified and will be able to choose between a refund or credit for a future class.
